Since it doesnt make the noise we all love anymore when entering the house, will you make it ching-aling when we are anywhere, the text message is ok, but if your fighting or not looking etc, you wont know, and then later you might think you got ripped off when your items are gone and ya spent all your money already PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE , I never ask for anything this is actually my 1st post ever in what 5 years. DITTO that! The cha-ching was the bling for selling... Bring it back, bring it back... :womanvery-happy:Lauraana

I'm getting the ching-a-ling sound, but the text message is NOT ok as it is. Please give us control over that message into our Chat Options so we can specify where it goes.

I don't get either :-/ I hope when they get the consignment system re-programmed we go back to the old way. I appreciate finding a way to cut off the exploiters without turning off consignment, but this is kind of clonky, IMO. I miss zoning into my room and getting a sales report and cash.
Message Edited by Calthine on 04-02-200604:54 PM

Actually......... we need a different sound now. Whenever I sell something from my vault I get the Ching-aling but who knows if someone in the group is looting, or if it's me.

If I heard a "special" ching-aling then I'd know I sold something from my vault, and could check the appropriate tab.

Everquest Character Journal

I hear that cha-ching sound, and I have to switch tabs to the main tab to see the message - if there is one. In groups, you hear that thing all the time. If it happens while you are just standing around, then it's obvious why, but if anyone is actually killing something, you hear it so often one more cha-ching gets lost.

Also - I'd still like to receive a log when I open up my message board - a log covering what's been sold since the last time I opened the board - not the last time I entered the room. Shouldn't be too hard to accomplish - that tab is already there...

That cha-ching noise was a like winning the jackpot on a slot-machine. I knew when to anticipate it, since it happened while zoning in. It always gave me a little rush. Now, I get the sound when I'm out and about, but there's no build up. It just happens by surprise. Not quite the same.
