When will LU21 go live?

I havent't done the access to the basement in Nek Castle since before it was changed so u only needed to do it once. I went into Nek today today to do the access since I need ot get to Everling to finish the Ghoulbane hq, but I can't get the quest from Alexia and the doors are locked. I read that LU21 will grant access to the basement if u have done finished the quest before. So I need to know when the update goes live since I need the status for guild<div></div>

Concerning the broken access quest in Nek Castle, I think they fixed that last patch on the live servers.  Another stealth fix.  I only say this because I just took a group in there 2 days ago on the live servers, and b-lined it to Everling.  Didn't have to kill the caretakers, just ran to the door to Everlings chamber and opened it.  I did have to read the book to unlock the book case but that was it.  Even the secret doors in the basement were active.  I know it wasn't working a couple weeks ago when I tried to get a group down there but now it is. /shrug<div></div>
