The initial levels of this ability state that it decreases the groups skills, and even at App4 its only an 0.5 increase to skills. This must be a bug. I have a feeling you are off by a tenth on what you intended the ability to do and need to look again to make sure that the ability is actually increasing skills.<div></div>
