<div>It reports the same when I take action against a mob I have mezzed, but it doesn't report to me when someone else does.</div>

<div></div><p>take a closer look. it gets reported for everyone who breaks mez. reads as follow:</p><p>Rangers's Culling the Weak hits a chaotic elemental for 1566 points of piercing damage.A chaotic elemental is no longer mesmerized.Ranger wakes a chaotic elemental.</p><p> </p>
