Conj pets dissappearing during combat

repeated the bug several times this morning.  Lvl 50 conj having prob with earth pet disappearing during combat.  Happened in Splitpaw expansion and again in TS.  The pet is taking little to no damage and suddenly he's gone in the middle of the fight as if I have dismissed him back to the nether world.<div></div>

I'm a complete idiot.. lol     So exaclty what does happen when u have the wrong hotbar set to primary and u try to summon the Air pet ..  earth pet goes Poof.  I feel like such a newb..  need to sleep!!<div></div>
