From the way people were talking I thought this would effect all level of recpies but it appears it only effects the lower level ones. Is this correct? I checked my 31 Carpenter on live and none of her recpies have chnage

As stated in one of the posts here: Just the Facts, Ma'am - or- Beghn speaks on upcoming TS changes [Updated 01-24-06 9:50 AM] [ Edited ]

The rest of the classes and levels will be changed with KoS.

As Beghn said, the changed with LU19 were only for level 1-19 spells (and a few new items). Additional changes will take place when LU20/KoS hit.

I'll do it for Calthine this time, and refer you to her page that she started with all of the dev posts on tradeskilling changes::smileyvery-happy:

Just the Facts, Ma'am - or- Beghn speaks on upcoming TS changes

Pretty sure in time it could go through the system. But I hope that the higher levels have more than a 1-step combie. It has been said that it will still be complex. Lol, Blackguard doesn't like components. Players adjust to the system.

Well I don't see how it is going to be a little more complex since the 1-19 spells and 1-6 cobines are childishly easy...1 step combine....where is the complexity and chalenge in that. That is what the rest are going to become.

Far too easy

Sorry but where is the challange in looking through your recipe book to make the sub-combines? And with LU19 and the new filter in the recipe book its even quicker to find (thanks for that devs )

It should be the actual crafting thats difficult, not the relentless tedium of grinding out loads of sub-combines - thats just a time sink!

Last night I filled a T2 order for armor (I'm a tailor) and was looking forward to trying out the new changes. I'm not sure what happened, but it wasn't one step finished for me. I still had to make all the subs before I could make the finished product. Am I supposed to (expected to) buy all new books or something?

Honestly, those of us who do craft don't really care what you think about it. Thank you. Have a nice day.

Having subcombines merely means it takes longer to make something.
