URGENT -- 19C Character creation

<font color="#ff0000" size="+1">BUG: Currently on test, character customization is not working. After selecting certain races and classes the 'default' customization cannot be changed. This is repeatable on <i>female gnome, Qeynos, swashbuckler</i> and affects other races sporatically.IMPORTANCE: This cripples the ability of new characters to be created to customer satisfaction.</font><font color="#33ccff" size="+1">TEST PLAYERS: Please try to replicate my results. Pretty sure SOE knows since this is the 3rd or 4th post about this bug. Pretty sure a number of other people probably did an in-game /bug report as well.<div></div>

Yup,I replicated the bug without knowing its serious. I just thought something at my system was wrong. Anyway, i created an Iksar Guardian on test an when clicking "randomize all" nothing happened, his looks staying the same. When I entered the game however his appearqance was different: so the randomize function worked correctly, but it gave no visual feedback.<div></div>

Its already been reported and /bugged several timesjust so you know, after creating the character, if you camp to the char select screen, you can edit properly from there.....not ideal i know, but a valid workaround for the time being<div></div>
