UI bug with crafting events icon

<div>I haven't seen anybody else mention this, but ever since the update on Jan 27, I've noticed that the reaction icons don't appear in the proper place in the crafting window.  Normally they appear in the blue field near the bottom of the screen with the event name next to the icon.  Now the icons appear slighly higher in the window, just below the pristine bar.  Both the icon and the text  are raised, and appear to be half covered by a layer within the window itself, as the icon is not clear, as if a screen is over a part of it.    This occurs on two accounts, with all my toons.  Has anyone else noticed this?</div>

<div></div>That and certain recipie types make you seperate your components so there are one each instead of letting you stack the components.
