Clarification on 19c update on information removal for traits/traditions

<div>While I don't mind removal of class/weight information being removed, the rest of that information plays a great part in which trditions or traits I pick.  For example, I tend to not like active long-recast abilities, and not use them.  Whie I generally know right now which are which for my main, any alts I have I'm less familiar with.  Please don't remove the recast time information from the traits and traditions.  Don't remove the duration information either, since I prefer passive modifiers that are permanent, again, over active abilities that last for 3 minutes in 30.  My hotbars are full enough as is, thank you.  =)</div>

It means that instead of the list of extraneous info, the descriptions will say "You can use this ability once every 30 minutes" or such, from what I understand.<div></div>

<div>I've not had a chance to see the traits where there's a mix of permanent bonuses and recast/limited duration abilities so not sure how they show but the majority of traits have no use for the fields they removed. I'm assuming though that if the fields are relevant to the trait they are still there.</div>
