Quests Greying out?

<div>So im out and about plugging away at quests and low and behold I have several quests in my journal greying out. Now I remember that Quests will no longer grey out and now they do therefore making them... pretty much pointless to complete. Now this concerns me as one who will load up my journal and then work on them as I go down the journal, usually a zone at a time. Is this intended or is it a bug?M.</div>

<div></div>- Quest con colors have been adjusted to mirror the NPC con system. Quest experience has not be affected.

<div></div>Whew!Because I have a funny feeling I will be doing alot of my low level HQ's solo and after they grey out in the quest journal <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />M.

<div></div><p>Having the same problem in Freeport yards -- I thought it was because at level 10 the quests were too low for me, even thought the NPC would give it to me.</p><p>If an NPC will give you a quest, even if it greyed out, does that mean you will still get XP from it?</p>

<div></div>Yes you will but the xp reward will be minimal, but you will always recieve at least some xp from a quest.
