How Do I Get On The Test Server ????

<div><font size="2" color="#ffff00" face="Century"><strong>Ok i have followed the instructions in my test folder, put all the required files in the folder etc... and when i load up testeq2.exe it updates , the game loads  but then it keeps saying it cant connect .. server must be busy.. try again later blah blah blah ! Now is this because the test sevrer has a limit of people on it or am i being stupid and forgetting something glaringly obvious?  I have been trying for about 3 days now and no luck.... and i really want to have a play on the test server!! Can anyone shed some light ? Thanks in advance.. </strong></font></div>

It says "trying to connect to login server #1 " then it says it cant connect ! I have been trying for 4 days now and i know that people have been on the server since then.. just had a thought.... do i need to have the US servers installed? I only play on the EU language version (on Splitpaw)</font></div>
