<div>I have no idea of how valid this is, but about a day or so ago, I was told that grey creatures were going to be dropping chests. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything of this sort, because I'm pretty skeptic about it.</div><div> </div><div>PS: Please don't reply with posts about how stupid this question is, etc....</div>

<div>Now thats a stupid.....no, dont worry. I have not heard anything about it, but i surely wouldnt like it, because then farming would go crazy, and low level players could rightout stop playing.</div>

<div>I heard rumors but nothing thats, IMO, truth.  If greys dropped chests...the whole game would start to be farmed, it wouldn't be helped; you'd get the people who needed just a little extra money, so they'd break down and go to CL and start mass killing orcs and all the names out there...then move to other zones and repeat the process.  CL may be a bit low, but imagine a level 60 sweeping through TF...or a level 50 going through RoV or RE...they could sweep through the area so fast that the spawns most likey couldn't keep up.  Then...if they were in a group  >.></div><div> </div><div>I really don't think SOE is going to do that...it, IMO, is obviously a VERY poor decision.</div><div> </div><div>Oh and BTW...No questions is a stupid question  ^^  How will you ever know if you don't ask?  I say bah to the people that call everyone noobs that ask, what they consider simple questions.  They had to ask simple questions at some point.</div>

It's a stupid idea (greys dropping chests), but not a stupid question.  It's better to have a rumor out in the open so it can be squashed or validated. There has also been the rumor that greys will stop giving any quest updates which is also a stupid idea (and not just for those who like to do the old-style book quests they have filling up their bank inventory while waiting around for friends to show up or other such).<div></div>

<div>I'm sure this has already been suggested, but why not just make it so if the person/group that pulled the mob doesn't do 50% of the damage then no chest - period.  It's pretty easy to see who is doing this when you go to buy something off of someone and they have 50+ Masters for sale - I'm level 50 and have yet to see a metal chest.  I guess I need to learn where to farm or, gasp, actually group so I can take those named mobs <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></div>
