Put a scribe on the Outposts with APP2

<div>The outposts need a scribe which sells the APP2 version of all the spells and combat arts. Sure now that I have players in the main cities I can buy the scrolls and put them in the shared bank slot - but that is hardly testing the game now is it. </div><div> </div><div>Please consider putting a scribe that sells those spells in the tower. These PC's need all the help they can get to survive.</div>

That's a great idea IMO, it's a good way of introducing this concept, since app IIs are buyable from scribes in the cities. <div></div>
