Is there a place to see the adjusted spells and abilities proposed for LU19?

Now that many abilities start at an earlier level, AND, the levelcap is being raised to 70...is there anyplace on the EQ2 site or thread that displays what these abilities are and when a class gets them?I remember when the combat changes went live, the EQ2 site did not reflect the many changes..this can't be that difficult to update.Thanks in advance.<div></div>
