When is this being released?

There is word of a 19c to the test server, so at least 2 weeks before it will be released.<div></div>

<div></div>And betrayal at any level is for a 'future update'. I'm suspecting LU20 or later as the mechanics and balancing of that change needs to be weighed. Especially if it remains as it is now and a character looses all their spell upgrades and everything goes back to App1.

<div></div>Are you sure, I thought the class changes were LU19. LU20 is the PvP changes. I'd hate to think they're going to change everyone's class at the same time they add PVP, 10 levels, achievements, and all sorts of other stuff. The class revamp affects more than the first 20 levels, especially as its tied to adding the new low-level zone changes (the starter islands and adventure yards).

<div>LU20 is likely KoS. They stated that the PvP server will be before the expansion. It is reasonable to assume that LU19 and the PvP server(s) will be the same day.</div>
