Tradeskill - Dreak's Note

<div>New toon could not do tradeskill initiation on Queen's Colony a couple of days ago and left without it for Qeynos. Now in Castleview Hamlet and was granted entry into wholesaler instance.  Was able to buy Dreak's note and get the tradeskill quest and received artisan essentials book 3 but couldn't scribe it because I lacked knowledge.  Dreak doesn't exist on the island any more so the name of the note needs to change or process needs to change.  I saw the post about the quick fix in Temple of Life and understand that isn't quite in place yet.  I'll try again later. Posting just an FYI about the Dreak Note thing. I also noticed that my harvesting skills are all 41/42.  Does this mean that the skill level required for Antonica/Commonlands is going to be bumped up from 20 to ?</div><div> </div>

<div></div><p>Dreak's Note is gone, its now a note called "Starting a Tradeskill Profession" and gives the quest "Seeking a Tradeskill Profession" (which probably is a chain of quests like before. Characters who already left the isle will be able to use shrines in the two temples (North Freeport or North Qeynos) to get their artisan level put at 3 and some basic recipes. New characters on the island will have their artisan level put to 3 and get the recipes either when they enter the tradeskill instance on the island or leave it. When they leave the island they will receive the note in their inventory.</p><p>As of last night the shrines hadn't been put in the temples yet.</p>
