assassin level 3 CA double blast cant be used until level 6?

on my assassin level 3 CA double blast cant be used until level 6?I got some tin throwing daggers but it still says the CA cant be used without a thrown weapon i have these in my ammo slot.  The sheath sold at the merchant isnt equippable till level 6 so seems i cant use my CA.  Might be a but or i just dont understand how it should work.thanks<div></div>

Actually you can "already" use it at Level 5, with an Elm Bow from the isle's merchant.However, already reported it in the CA-Feedback thread. Maybe they're gonna fix it...<div></div>
