My only thoughts on this were that as a new player I might not totally aware what classes were availble as good/evil due to the nature of the creation screen. Race ->Alignment -> Class. (without going back and seleting eveil and then looking at evil classes etc) I think this is a valid point as woith the current system you still get tons of OOC's asking is this class evil? is this class good? etc

Might benefit from being able to choose alignment and see what classes were available (bit like eq1)

I think the best solution without redoing the creation screen again is just to add some text the class descriptions. SOmething along the lines (and maybe set apart in a second paragraph for emphasis):

For classes in both cities: Class X can be found in both Qeynos and Freeport.

For classes in just one city: Class X is found only in City A and is the counterpart to Class Z from City B.

Maybe not those exact wordings but they do make a short and fairly clear description of good/evil limits on the class and for those who might betray lets them know what class they'd become if they did betray.

Though, as you yourself noted, you can simply back up one step, pick the other alignment, and check the differences. One quick look shows that the two left columns are all neutral, and the two right columns are your chosen alignment only.

Yes, I can go back and take another look, because I know that being freeport/qeynos opensup differnt classes, a noob might not. I certainly didnt when i started eq2.
