Trial of the Isle and new n00b areas?

How will the changes comeing in with LU19 effect the trial of the isle? Will chars still be stuck at lvl 6, or will the also get the cap removed and just not be able to leave the island(s)? What about crafting; is there a cap for crafting on the island(s)?
