Attribute bonuses gone?

<div>I rolled up a Troll Coercer on Test and noticed that his Intelligence is 10. The Base for a Troll.</div><div>In the old system, as a Mage he would have gotten +5 Int and another +5 as a Coercer.</div><div>Are those bonuses gone or do they appear with levels?
