Tradeskill changes

<div>I know they are coming... but are they coming with Lu19 or are they being released with KoS. Even though im unhappy and very disappointed with what I have been reading about the changes, for now I will not say anything else as I had already said my piece in another thread earlier. Just want to know when the changes are coming if at all.
