Quick question about hotbar scaling

<div>I know I should test this myself on Test Center, but hey, I play a Templar and need to level him up to 60 (AHEM, SOE, Templar DPS...).  My question is, since hotbars will now be scaling, if I have a tier 6 spell at Adept 3 and the tier 5 is apprentice 4, will the spell effect when scaled be at adept 3 quality or appentice 4?</div><div> </div><div>For example- I have my Consecrated Smite (Level 53) at Adept 3.  If I mentor to level 52 will the spell effect be my Divine Strike at appentice 4 or will the spell effect be of Adept 3 quality with scaled down damage?</div><div> </div><div>I'm not sure if I was real clear on this so if your not sure what I mean, just ask. </div>

They don't drop to the lower level spell, it scales the spell that's on your hotbar.Your adept3 Consecrated Smite will be adept3 no matter what level you're at, it'll just scale down depending on your level.<div></div>

<div></div>I beleave the spells that you have on you hotbar will be scaled down to fit what ever lvl. So if you have a lvl 53 spell on your hot bar and you menter down to what ever lvl, you will still be using that spell but it will be scaled down to be in line with what ever lvl you have mentored to.
