Ok, it's actually rather big. What if there were archetype specific tutorials that gave you some ideas on how to play your class. Optional, of course. The thing is, there are alot of high level tanks out there that have no clue on how to tank. Same with healers solo healing and mages/scouts not knowing aggro limits.I just thought there could be some kind of tanking, healing and controlled dps dealing tutorials to try to get some more experience in the  inexperienced parts of the com, munity. Just a thought. Tell me what you think.<div></div>

<div>This would be hard to implement. Also its a matter of playstyle. Each class (not just archetype) has a different role and playstyle depending on if solo, small group (duo/trio), large group (4-6), or raid. There's too many dynamics. If you are a mostly-solo tank you may not be the best tank in a group if you're not used to having to taunt (if your alone taunt is only useful for pulling or to finish an HO), if your a solo caster or scout who cares about how fast your dps builds threat. Its not a matter of the classes not knowing how to play their class, its a matter of them not being used to performing in a group/raid.</div>

Tutorials like that are more the realm of fansites or even class forums. As Sritthh says, it's hugely a matter of playstyle. It's also a topic which is hotly debated and discussed.  What works in one group make up with one group of players' playstyle might not work in another (even a group made up of exactly the same types of characters).  In addition, there really is no way to set up an in-game tutorial to run through all possible scenarios.But... "how to play your class" will always be a hotly contested topic.  What one sees as the "right way" might be bent by another in a way that's right for him/her.  The classes are not set in stone to only be played one and only one way.  There is a huge amount of flexibility. Can a paladin, ranger, and wizard trio a named heroic even if it's green or blue?  How about a wizard, coercer, and assassin?  Can they trio blue heroics and even a named blue heroic? How about a ranger and a swashbuckler, can they duo green and blue heroics?  If they were playing strictly to their roles, they might not think so. No tutorial could ever teach how to think "outside the box" and make such unusual groupings work successfully. As for raids... In my experience, on known content, 90% of the failures tend to be someone who wasn't listening to directions and working together.  But even with raids, -each- raid and even most targets have their own dynamic that has to be approached specfically, not something that could -ever- be covered in a tutorial.<div></div>

I admit that it would be hard to implent but maybe just some kind of advice bubble that pops up? I'm mainly talking about tanks here. Alot of tanks don#'t actually know how to keep aggro. Some never even taunt.<div></div>

I solo with my monk most of the time. When you solo the only use you have for a taunt is as a pull or to finish your HO.
