Requeim Of Reflection -proc % ?

Not on test nor do i know any troubadors there wondering if someone could clue me in on how much they upped it test notes said<b>Troubador changes:</b>- Requiem of Reflection now triggers slightly more often. So it really doesnt give much of a clue since slighty more ofter could be a 1% upgrade or 20% and i was wondering how it scaled as far as spell knowledge (adept3 and master1 was a 1% upgrade before) Thank you test players now if there were only 5 times more of you .<div></div>

<div></div><div></div><div></div>I just looked at it on test server, I am not able to see the full effect of the spell, but what i can gather is at master I, they increased the chance to proc by 3% making it 15% chance to proce.  Which really is kind of foolish, because they chance to proc has never been a problem,  the thing procs like crazy already when fighting.  Increase the % to proc really is not going to effect this spell at all imo.  No increases the % to reflect will, or increaseing the 30 second timeout on the proc.  I was unable to see if the % to reflect was increased or not, since the spell was red, and I coudlnt find any 58+ troubadors on the server, go figure, hardly anyone plays toons on there above 30.  But from the look at it it still has a % chance to reflect based on the level of the mob.  So if you are raiding the % is even going to be less.  What i'm curious about since this spell is supposed to last us through the next expantion that % chance to reflect is going to be [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] near 50% or less by the time we hit 70 so then it will be even less effective than it already is if that is possible.Since it cant reflect ae or pretty much all [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] spells.  I have even seen some dots that it will not reflect I would want to go out on a lem here as say the song is broken and the type of spells it reflects is too small of a pool to even half way make this song something usefull.<div></div><p>Message Edited by perano on <span class="date_text">01-16-2006</span><span class="time_text">06:28 AM</span></p><p><span class="time_text">If the problem is that the spell is too powerfull, god knows how, to be a constant buff then remove the con requierment and change it to a duration group buff.  Maybe then it can be made usefull.</span></p><p>Message Edited by perano on <span class="date_text">01-16-2006</span><span class="time_text">06:30 AM</span></p>
