Creating New Character on Test Problem. Help Please.

Hi.  I'm just wondering why when I create a new character it lets me pick the Race and Sex and starting City.. but then that's it..  No customization.  It just sits there.  Am I doing something wrong?<div></div>

<div></div>After you select your city and click on Next (or just click next if only one city is available due to race) you should get a set of 16 icons representing the classes you can pick from. After you select a class icon and click Next again you should choose a name and it will only show the test server for servers to choose from. After you click next there it should take you to the appropriate newbie zone (Queen's Colony for Qeynos and Outpost of the Overlord for Freeport).

<div></div>You can't even get past the character customization though.. forget picking your class and server; all the options to adjust your character's APPEARANCE are not showing up though you can move the camera around on your char like normal on that screen there's just no buttons or anything at all to be able to advance past that point.

<div></div>Okay I figured out the problem; you have to revert to the default ui because now after choosing city it takes you to class selection before you set appearance and any custom ui won't have the right files or whatever for that.
