Has the new progression model started?

<div>I just opened up a test server account and haven't even played there yet. It wasn't made clear in the update notes but is the new progression model set up now oin the test server or have they just modified the spells and such for under 20 characters and not made the progression and racial experiences changes which will come next week? I have a KVM switch for my computers (one with EQII and one for work) and am gonna be playing the next couple hours on my regular account but if i can log in and play the new progression I'll take a break and see what it is like.  </div><div> </div><div> </div>

The general shape of the changes is now on Test Server, along with many of the quests.  There are more quests that will be added as well as some other items next week.<div></div>
