<div></div><p>It's been stated that you must still betray to get the other class, this will be at a later point than your original choice, therefore if you choose paladin, you would later become a shadowknight when you betray, etc..</p><p>I believe that it's at level 20, but can't find the quote.</p>

You wouldn't do a separate class quest.You would start life as an Ogre Assassin, then at the 15-17 range, you would do Betrayal just like normal. On completion, you would turn into a Ranger.<div></div>

<div></div>Not sure if it was officially posted but it has been said when you complete the betrayel and are converted to the new class all your spells become appr 1 of the new class. something to possibly keep in mind about the new betrayal.
