GiggleGibber Grump quest and Station Exchange Servers ?

<FONT color=#33ccff>I don't play on test, however, from everything I have read they are not the same guys as the lotto guys. They are GiggleGibbler goblins, however, they quest is in Qeynos and Freeport, and there are no lotto guys there (only in DoF) so they must be new. So I guess GiggleGibbler refers more to a "race" of sorts than it does to specific lotto NPC's.</FONT>

Whether there are other goblins you can speak to I don't know, but the goblin I talked to, the goblin that furthered part of my quest WAS one of the Lotto Goblins (they aren't only found in DoF..).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Perhaps there are other goblins you can speak to for the same result though. Hopefully that is the case (for the people on the exchange servers).
