They stated Thurs/Friday, due to late start on Test. If it doesn't patch till next week thats a [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] short Xmas live event and allot of ppl missed the last one due developers under-estimating the community drive. So again allot of ppl will miss this one if patched next week, as they will be off back to families and this is the last real weekend to play the game before then.Out of interest, there has been no GM's on chat all morning in either US, French or German channels. So i guess someone either fell asleep or someone forgot to set the auto reboot last night before going home.

If you check the DevTracker, you will see there is a post saying LU18 was scheduled for the 14th, but that was no guarantee it would actually happen that day. Since it didn't, one can only assume it wasn't ready. A three-hour down time today suggests it may be happening now.

Hire some people with a freaking clue about what game they are providing customer service for.Hell, there are tons of people who are lvl 60 and have run out of things to do in game. Throw them a bone and put them on the payroll for CS. Atleast then you would feel like you are talking to an actual person instead of a voice activated answer tree.

Here's a way to solve this whole problem. Leave the event in place until the end of January the earliest, preferably until mid-february. Problem solved, those of us who are visiting friends and family during Christmas/New Year will be able to get back to our regular routine after the holiday period and complete the event then.
