/respect with SOGA Models - Races Missing!

Maybe you should read the numerous posts on SOGA models before whining to SOE that they are excluding some races, when infact, SOE itself is not the one doing the new models, they are not replacements to the current models, and the company that is localizing EQ2 for the Asian Market (Gamania) felt that Iksars, Kerras and Trolls were fine and did not need to be changed. <i> </i>Afterall, the US market was not going to get these models at all, untill they showed them off at the last Fan Faire (I think it was the fan faire, or maybe E3..) and got such a positive responce, that SOE decided they would also allow everyone to have the option to use these new models over the original ones. The company incharge of making the new models is called Gamania, not SOE, the word SOGA comes from<font color="#ff0000"> (SO</font><font color="#ff0000">)</font>E+<font color="#ff0000">(GA)</font>MANIA, so please, next time read up on the many many posts about SOGA and the dev responses before making a claim that you(we) are being <i>short changed. </i> <div></div>

Umm, the reason gamania is working on the looks of most of the HUMANOID species is because they want them to fit more in line with what appeals to the Asian market. They are not giving new models just for the heck of it. They determined that a different style of humanoid model appealed to the asian market while the animal models (kerra, Froglok, ratonga, etc) fit just fine with the asian market ideas of what those races should look like. Why should they change a model that looks fine to their population?
