Since these are mentioned in the test notes, I thought I would bring this question up in these forums. When setting the 12 month reward, did SOE consider their customers who were not able to purchase the game untill a week later or more, due to the release date in that region? I would hope that this has been considered, because otherwise the reward is essentially going to those who live in the region where it was first released. In my opinion SOE should allow for a variation of 5-10 days, and in so doing consider their international customers. Thoughts and ideas are most welcome.

Message Edited by Galdur Rell on 11-07-2005 09:11 AM

Since they listed an 18-month reward, and that's physically impossible to reach before spring 2006, I presume that they're still /claimable at whatever point in the future yuo actually earn them. So my account dates to February 2005; presumably in February 2006 I can /claim my 12-month reward. In the meantime, next week I can /claim everything up to the age of my account.

Yes, that would indeed make more sense. I should probably think a bit further before I post next time.

If you've only paid 11 months you will have to wait untill you have paid a 12th month to get the 12 month reward.
