Was wiping of shared bank slots addressed?

I lost everything in my shared bank slots(rares, spell upgrades, ect), my friends list, and everything in my mailbox to the soga glitch. It would be really nice to know if I'm just out of all of it or if a fix is being worked on. It's being fixed.  They have one of the bugs fixed so far. <div></div>

From what I read in the testers forum, they have located the missing items and are in the process of returning items to the persons involved. Might take a day or two to get it all worked out, but at least they found the stuff.
