I think the opposite should be done. either let crafters make less items or increase the amount needed. otherwise on live servers the towers will be built in no time 2. absolutely agree however I really love this event. made me a bit proud to see something I helped to built</span><div></div>

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed this event. I don't want to be too specific and spoil it for those who are going to experience this when it goes live, but I would like to say that if the eggs don't spawn more frequently things could get ugly when it goes live <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<P>I too really enjoyed this event, the whole community really seemed to be working together on this one.</P> <P>1 - Yeah I think the umber of components needed could be increased for live - maybe as much as five-fold and also allow crafter to make more each sitting. </P> <P>2- More mobs attacking and actually damaging/reducing the structure if unchecked would be good. Also since unquested players can and did help out killing the mobs (which were grey to them) this also made it seem easier. Now my solution would be to have the mobs explode if killed by a player to whom they are greyed out either damaging the structure and possibly an AoE effect on the the whole site, but I'm evil like that. Would certainly add to the challenge methinks and give people a reason to mentor down so the mobs ain't grey. </P> <P>I didn't really see the point of the gathering quest tbh, I worked on three towers mostly crafting across 3 toon but also did two gathering quests, seemed to me that gathering wasn't esential (or atleast qautifiable)</P> <P>I think the egg scarcity will work out on live since so many more folk will be involved. </P>

I think it would be fabulous to have to compete for resources from mobs. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Having to chase down goblins to keep them from harvesting would be a blast. Impossible to implement but it would be hysterical. ~Eva <div></div>
While I look forward to the event, are there nice unique rewards? (sort of like the masks etc at Halloween?). I got a quest to eliminate 5 undead. But I only had 4 before we built the tower. If I got 5 undead would I have recieved the item?

This seemed to work for me with a gathering quest that I started at one site and turned In at another because the tower was finshed before I got back. </DIV>

<DIV>The towers were made extremely quickly on Test. I sort of expected it to take a week or two but one was finished in a couple of days! I hope it takes longer in Live.</DIV>

For instance bridges to unexplored islands full of harvestable materials and as yet unbuilt towns; </span><span>also tunnels leading to teleporters - four different ones. Once all the tunnels were finished simultaneous raids were sent through teleporters at each location to destroy a force of evil.</span><span> - it took months of hard work by every craft school to complete these projects and entire teams of fighters to keep the construction sites clear of high level mobs... Over all I much prefer EQ2, but the community/server wide construction projects in Horizons were one of the really cool things about the game. </span><div></div>

A couple of days? heh.. we had one of the towers built in ts in less then 2 hours.. almost think it was 1 once we had the ball rolling.. <div></div>
