<div></div><p>I just saw this on the test server message for today:</p><p>- The following items which had no use were removed:Advanced Sage Volume 50;Advanced Provisioner Volumes 50-59;Armorer Essentials volumes 26, 27, 28, 36, 37, 38, 46, 47, 48;Advanced Provisioner Volumes 30-39.</p><p>Ok if this is correct they are going to be removing these books??<span> </span>I would have to say plz don’t do this, put a recipe in them of some kind. It is hard enough just trying to keep track of what books I need on all my alts, let alone keeping track of gaps in a series now. This will also mess up people new to tradeskill since they will keep going to the broker looking for 26, 27, 28 etc and just thinking they are sold out.</p><p>I try and keep track of what books I read by making a list from 20-59 and just check off each number of adv book I got and I also search the broker by typing advanced {tradeskill} volume 20, 21, 22, 23, etc on up to check each book to make sure I got it. But now I also got to keep track of gaps in a series, I just see this messing people up because they will keep asking people if they got these books if they miss the patch message let alone forget what patch message it was in and having to search all the patch messages to find out what tradeskills had gaps and which ones. </p><p>I don’t know I like things simple just have books from 20-59 that way we have to get one at each level cause I just know in my tradeskill guild we will have to keep telling people what books are missing after they keep looking for them.</p><div></div>

agreed, The ones that bother me the most are the armorer esential books. We should get new recipies at each level just like all the other classes. I have to admit that my armorrer is my least favorite aritsan because of the lack of variety of things to make compared to other classes. <div></div>

<div></div>Well if they are going to do this can they put up the list of books we need to keep track of on the EQ2 Players site under guids like they do adventurers. I mean they get a list of all the spells they need to keep track of in order that they can easly print out would be nice if they could do the same with us for each class that way I dont have to keep searching the broker system and asking people what books I need and what ones are missing I can just print the list out and know what I am looking for and for what level. <div></div><p>Message Edited by Dionysoz on <span class=date_text>11-04-2005</span> <span class=time_text>09:36 AM</span>

Maybe you should only get recipes when you are the level that's an even con to them? That would probably solve the issue.</span><div></div>

<div></div><p>Well I guess the problem I have is I have 6 characters all tradeskillers in their 30s. So far I am having a pain of a time keeping track of what book each on has read and what ones each of them is missing. I had it all down on paper but then one day one of my kids destroyed my notes by coloring over it and I had to go to the broker with each of my characters and do a search for each books and check the recipes to see if I had it in my book, that is a major pain especially if the books where not for sale. For example for each I have to make sure they get the:</p><p>Essentials {tradeskill} books for each levelEssentials (apothecary, geomancy, timbercraft, weaving, magical extract}Advanced {tradeskill} Volume #Advanced {apothecary, geomancy, timbercraft, weaving, magical extract}All the imbue books for the classes that need them like shields, rings, etc</p><p>And I still don’t know if I any other books are missing but those are the only ones I know of so far to keep track of. </p><p>Would really be nice to have a list to print out or something that shows on tradeskill window what ones I have and what ones I am missing instead of having to keep track of all this by myself and now I have to keep track of gaps, this is getting crazy.</p><p>Would also be nice if when I am on the broker and select example jeweler for class and book as type it would show me a list of all the books that are available to my class when I search instead of typing each by name.</p><div></div>

<P>There were never any recipies in those books and the biggest isssue was that new players would buy the books without inspecting them first only to find they had wasted thier coin. Removing the books is what alot of Armorers have been asking they do for a while now.</P> <P> </P> <P> </P>

Well I am fine if they remove them but as long as on the EQ2 Players site under guides they put the list of books for each tradeskill class and what level you can use them that way you can print them out and check em off as you get them and see right off the bat books that dont exist and why you have a gap say from 47-49 or whatever it is. <div></div>
<DIV>There never was armorer essentials 26-29, 36-39, etc... just advanced</DIV>
<DIV>Would really be nice to have a list to print out or something that shows on tradeskill window what ones I have and what ones I am missing instead of having to keep track of all this by myself and now I have to keep track of gaps, this is getting crazy.</DIV> <DIV> <HR> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>There is a list..edit your default filter in recipe book, use the macro scroll to go to the bottom window, that window shows the list of books you have scribed on that crafter...</DIV>
