SOGA Models Not Working -- Help!

I downloaded the Test Server to test out these new models, I DID have Additional Live Content selected and after a 3 hour download, I STILL cannot access the new SOGA models.  When I log in to the character select screen and open up the Options menu, the "SOGA Models" selection cannot be clicked on.  It's not greyed out, but when I hover my mouse over it it doesn't turn yellow and if I click on it anyway, nothing happens.  I've rerun the patcher several times, looked through every other option to see if I could turn it on...nothing works.  Any suggestions? <div></div>

I have heard of people having problems with the models not appearing when entering the game, but I can't even turn them on, or even get to the MENU where you can turn them on.  Kinda [Removed for Content] that I wasted 3 hours and all that harddrive space if I can't even get them to work =/ <div></div>

Create a toon any which way and go to the "Options" menu in-game.  Then you can toggle them all on, and they'll stay that way. <div></div>
