Please make these optional downloads! The last update ruined my interface and I cannot get it back into working order, due to the new sizes and rounded window frames. I'm going to be honest and say that the recent changes to the interface are WHACKED OUT.

Put the interface back to what it was before, and make all your changes as Optional Downloads. The default interface should never be changed! Leave it alone. If you must fiddle with it, make them optional downloads!

Simple and Streamlined is the key!

To be honest the default interface should be the one that is changed, always. The reason for this is that the client has the most up to date interface files. This allows anyone that is modifying these files be on the same page. There is a simple way to make sure that your current interface is never tampered with. Do the following steps: 1) In your Everquest II/UI folder create a new folder. Example: C:Everquest IIUIMyUI 2) Copy all your interface files into that folder. 3) Navigate to your main Everquest II directory. Example: C:Everquest II 4) Open the file "eq2.ini" 5) Change: "cl_ui_skinname default" to "cl_ui_skinname MyUI" Note: for future interface changes all you need to do is to change the file in the MyUI folder. Hope this works out. Gorndax Dragondorf Leader of Legacy Unrest

Its too late for that. I can't get my hands on the previous official interface files anymore.

I have resorted to picking out individual interface pieces made by other players that I can barely deal with, but much easier to deal with than the new stuff.
