Any ETA of LU13?

If you read the boards, it says somewhere in an official post that LU13 is going live roughly the same time as DoF -- Sep 12 makes sense, as it's a Monday. from what I understand, DoF depends on the combat changes. So they either have to push it live on the 12th ready or not, or push back the DoF publish so that people that pick it up on the 12th won't be able to use it
