Well it's just a bonus so i don't see why you should be so worried? It's not like they design spells to account for intelligence, they design them for 0 intelligence, and then people can add to that(at least that's the way i think it works) <div></div>

<P>Yeah but when you design something that is going to be raised based on some stat, you will now start that out at a lower rate to prevent someone who maxs out the stat from being too powerful.</P> <P>So ya you can say that its all bonus but I imagine the base is lower than it would be if nothing external would raise the value.</P> <P>The determining factor will be if the base will sufficent for doing the job.</P> <P>Best thing to do is wait and see. You can make a test character and experience the changes but odds are things will still look different when it hits live and you start using on your live character. unless you was lucky to get a char copy to test server.</P>
