DOF features on test?

SOE, why add voice emotes and other DOF features on test, that we  cannot use? Also if Expansion is required for something as dumb as voice emotes, you guys are really going the wrong way with things. <div></div>

The basic idea of making voice emotes part of the expansion is to give people another reason to buy it. Unlike the combat changes which have to be in the base game, the emotes are an attractive addition to the game, not required to make it work. This is the art of marketing.
