Can we please, please, please, get a looking for raid tag.. LFR.. please..

Players are currently using the LFG tag when guilds are forming up for raids to indicate they want a position
in the Guild raids..

this adds alot of hassle for the people looking to pull people into a group for xp, quests, just running around having
fun going into new places (it also draws in tells from people out side of the guild raid formation asking if they wish to
group causing more confusion in the Raid formations)...
When you've got several guild raids forming up.. it's nearly impossible to separate the LFG from the people forming up
for a raid...

thanks for your time

Canthalion Autumnleaf
lvl 48 Paladin
Co-Leader Order of the Phoenix
Guild level 23 - lavastorm.

While we are on the subject, go ahead and throw in a....

Group LFM - Group looking for more

Raid LFM - Raid looking for more

....have the same criteria to narrow your searches to look for exactly what you want. Of course both LFG and LFR would show up in the Raid LFM search results, not sure if it should be vice-versa or not though, hmmmmm.

I completely agree.

After I joined a well known raiding guild on my server, I never recieve tells when I go LFG. Why? because pretty much everyone has learned by now that an LFG person in this guild is probably not looking for a group. This is problematic for me because I still enjoy playing in pick-up groups at off-times, and I don't get nearly as many invites as I did before.

That would be WONDERFUL It would also be nice if you could checkbox select zones you'd be willing to group or raid in. The comments section for the LFG tool in EQ1 was nice and all, but could be a big pain sorting through everyone's different comments.

If however, when you turn on LFG or LFR you got a window allowing you to select zones you'd be willing to adventure in that would help tremendously as that information would then be sortable by those groups or raids looking for more. As it is there are already folks who don't have certain adventure packs - would be nice in advance to know they have no interest in grouping there.

Message Edited by KindredHeart on 08-03-2005 02:10 PM
