Wasn't much of a patch, it's simply the same thing that got pushed to Live within the past day or two (regarding the items dropped in Icy Digs).When you login to Test, right-click the window with the patch notes and look at the properties. You'll be able to extract the URL from there so you can always check for patch notes without running the patcher.(Same thing can be done for Live patches, there's a static URL that contains the updated patch notes.)
