<DIV>I was making a Large Fir Table for a guildmate tonight, and I went back to my house to see what it looked like, since I had never made one before.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>When I went to Place it in my room, It didn't switch to a Full Screen mode so I could place it. Instead, the bag that I was storing it in, and my own Inventory window, as well as my chat windows, buffs, quest window, and everything else stayed on my screen.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I tried moving other furniture around as well, but the same thing happened. All my windows stayed on screen.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I will /bug this, but I'm posting it here so you can all read and learn about it too.</DIV>

I believe it was an intentional change, not a bug. When we were testing Splitpaw, we mentioned over and over that not being able to see the chat window while moving items (boxes, barrels, boards) was detrimental to group play, because the boxes can only be moved three times each, and sometimes we'd get multiple people moving them, because we couldn't communicate, and some groups got themselves into trouble. It was some time shortly after that that windows started staying on screen while moving furniture and other items.  So I guess all windows was the solution to chat windows. Personally I don't mind the change at all.  But it is true that they didn't mention it anywhere, so it may not have been as intentional as I thought it was. <div></div>

I approve of this change that way I can move around see what people are saying etc.  Very helpful change. <div></div>

Hitting <b>F10</b> a third time will restore your UI windows. As was mentioned, this was an intentional change due to the Splitpaw expansion pack where you are required to move boxes/boards/barrels while communicating with your teammates in your chat window.

<DIV>I forgot to mention: I was trying to place a table with it. Instead of centering in on the CENTER of the table, it grabs it by the left-hand back corner, making it nearly impossible to properly place it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>This is not how it was.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also: I was in splitpaw a few hours earlier and it switched to Furniture mode with no problem when I was moving around barrels and stuff down there.</DIV>

Is your character short?  I know my gnome had issues with box stacking because she couldn't see past the boxes to place them <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>
