Not sure about the correct answer to your offline selling question, so I wont answer that one. The other one however I can answer. The 50% exp bonus applied to test server is on by defualt and you have to imput a command to turn it off if you dont want it. So you are getting the bonus if you havent turned it off. Just may not be as noticeable until the mid teen lvls or beyond. Hope that answer helps in some way.
