Dueling problems

I loaded up my test character for a bit today and yesterday to test dueling out, and here are the problems I saw: It doesnt end when you kill someone, it seems someone needs to surrender to end the duel.  You cannot engage any enemies when dueling, which is very painful sometimes.  You regen at out of combat rates, and cannot use HOs during duels.  Overall I feel it is a step in the right direction, but would be nice to get the bugs worked out.  If I am missing anything with these "bugs" and there is a way around them that I dont know, feel free to post.  Thanks. <div></div>

You do not regen at an out of combat rate.  I know this, because I got knocked unconsious in a duel and it took me forever to regen back up. The duel ends for the person that dies.  The winner has to surrender in order to break the duel. <div></div>

To regen at out of combat rates you can move away from your opponent and regen at out of combat rates.  I used sneak on my scout and did this, not sure if it works for other classes. <div></div>
