I just started a character on the test server to try out some possible exploits for the new dueling system. I was amazed at how uncoperative the people are on this server. I tired for almost an hour just to get someone to duel me, and no one wanted to try. I asked another person if I could see his frog /dance and he told me to make my own frog. Come on people you are here to try out the new content and report your findings to the devs. If you don't do this bugs and such leak through and get to the live servers. You all play a big part in the develoment of this game and you aren't doing your job. IMHO you are responsible for 95% of all bugs going live.

So exactly how are you supposed to find out duel exploits at level 5? I can tell you one. You can heal people dueling because the encounter between them doesn't get locked. More of a bug right now but whatever. And about the /dance thing, it is kinda sad someone couldn't do a 5 sec animation for you.

I was just playing my new frog on the IoR for at least an hour and a half, and there were maybe a half dozen people all dueling in an area. I dueled with someone but honestly at level 5 a duel is boring. Each player only has two or three skills and as HOs don't work in a duel (at least at present) there's really not much point.

Now, sitting around and dueling with a level 27 dirge, a level 36 defiler, a level 32 assassin and a level 43 Shadowknight was interesting, because we saw that one player could mentor another and then duel someone, or that non-involved players could heal combatants, and so on and so forth. But when no-one has skills...

ah dueling... roots work, but get reisisted even more than by mobs. Intervene works when I group with someone then they go in a duel, but it doesn't include me in the duel to attack them

Soooo, because you want to come to test and demand we do things for you we should just drop what we are doing. Now when dev's ask for help they ask for volunteers - and get quite a few. Just because we are not doing what you want does not mean it has not been tested, it just has not been tested with you involved.

Okay, your post is short so I could be wrong, but from the tone of the OP I'm not surprised at the reaction you got.It sounds like you made a new char on Test, raced through the IOR, then ran out and started spamming people demanding duels, or at least making a nuisance of yourself (there's a big difference between, "Hey, d00d, this dueling sounds l337, come on over and lett's give it a go!" and, "Pardon me, but I'd like to test out the new dueling. Do you have some time today?"). When the Froglok came around it sounds like you demanded that he /dance for you. Of course you'll be ignored if you do that.Politeness and courtesy will get you far, particularly on Test which, as I've heard, has a very tight-knit community. If nobody is interested in your pet projects offer to help with theirs. They'll likely help you out in return afterwords.
