Where are the TestU#9b Update Notes?

<DIV>Rumour has it that everyone's a wee bit too busy with E3.  I wouldn't be surprised if something like that got lost in the shuffle. ::shrugs::</DIV>

Moorgard usually posts the update notes and is at E3.  Blackguard is the other that often does it if Moorgard is absent but also at e3.  So I'm sure once things calm down over the weekend you will get the update notes posted officially.

Can someone please post them here? I'm curious to see what else is going to be changed on the live servers soon.
