LU 9b question: Why Feerrott solo dungeon so low?

Yeah.. Feerott really isn't a true T5 zone in any sense of the word. Not saying a T5 solo instance wouldn't be fun, and a neat little way to farm a little gold in between waiting for raids and what not, but for a T4.5 solo zone Feerott seems like a good choice. <div></div>

<div></div><div>There is a solo one in EF they added in 9a.  So far, in the dozen or so times I have done it, not one chest has dropped.  Bugged it just in case.
