i was wondering the ferrott today and noticed that when i tried to hail npc mobs it didnt work... i would just like to know why would somone think thta this would help... anything, surusly there is no point to, C'mon derves use your head <div></div>

It is to prevent people from the opposite city hailing the opposite city's NPCs, which you could do while invisible. Plus it also makes hailing NPCs un-trivial, which is the way it should be.</span><div></div>

I'm sure that being called a "derve" is really going to make them want to listen to you.

<DIV>there are hailable quest npc's in agro areas that arent meant to be 'that' easie to reach. if ye are in an area ye cant survive visible, ye shouldnt be able to get/proceed a quest there.</DIV>

Yea, they "fixed" that a little bit ago. But I mean I still can run around in areas that are out of my leage (nothing 10+ lvls above me) and complete quests there using invis. You just have to be patient, and wait for mobs to leave the imediate area and pray they don't get you when you pop out of invis <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>
