Maybe it's the raid's location? You know. The massive one they mentioned that has to be done BEFORE you can do the soloable quest to unlock froglocks for your account.

<P>Remember the movie they releases with Christopher Lee reciting some of his Lucan lines?  "The Avatar of Fear holds sway over an army of frogloks..." or some such?</P> <P>If I were a betting man, my platinum would be on this being the instanced epic fight at the end of the quest to unlock frogloks on the entire server.  Feeroot is entirely consistent with the Avatar of Fear soundbyte and it even says "epic" in that screenshot of yours.</P>

Maybe there comes  apoint in the quest much like the ghoulbane, where you choose to end the quest and get your frog or continue for the server unlock.

Yes, there are 2 quests. You can do the solo in your twenties and unlock frogloks for your account. The larger server-wide quest is a large raid in Feerrott and will unlock it for everyone, and you will no longer have to do the solo quest. <div></div>

been doin the solo qeynos quest and it definitely isn't soloable at 23, at least for a warlock, or even for a 23 warlock/21 ranger together. First fight was a solo lvl 28. couldn't solo him, but the two of us barely killed him with me at like 1hp. Second fight is a group of four down tiered lvl 30s... tearing us to shreds thusfar, but now the server goin down

I am going to have to agree that when they say 20ish they mean high 20's.  I have talked enough people through the quest to say it is not soloable unless you can solo level 30 mobs. <div></div>

It is incorrect, yes. Patch notes sometimes are, especially when sony is too busy with e3 to pay attention to the rest of their fans =P
