<DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> Not sure when the last time a Dev actually stopped by the UI forum, but a LOT of us are having problems with the UI. Start button disappears, chat windows don't save, bag locations won't save, chat windows loose transparancy functions over time....on and on and on.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>But thank GOD we can now examine shaped crafted items !!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Your lack of attention, and COMPLETE lack of action to even respond, let alone address our concerns is extremely disappointing.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I guess you are not in the business of retaining and growing your customer base.</DIV>

<div></div><div></div><p>Yeah I'm sure they are ignoring it. They like to make their customers mad. *jab* <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />I'm sure the position saving problem is more to do with the game engine then the interface it self. Either way the reason it has not been fixed yet is because they are still working on it and since they have more then one developer working on EQ2 they still release fixes and upgrades to other things they figured out how to fix.Sure its an annoying bug but getting all bent out of shape like that is just silly. I guess though I may be biased since all my positions save fine.</p><div></div><p>Message Edited by Dolby on <span class=date_text>04-29-2005</span> <span class=time_text>02:11 PM</span>

<P>Just showing some support for the OP here. The UI save functions don't work and it is getting a little old.</P> <P> </P> <P>If a new player or reviewer were to try this game, things like this leave an impression. It implies a lack of detail that is likely parlayed throughout the code...whether the statement is true or not.</P>

<P> </P> <P> We have a 200+ reply thread on this on the UI forums, and the devs are scared to even make a response. However the bug casting bar disappearing, which went up on 4/23 and has a total of 28 posts, got a Dev response AND a fix in LU#8.</P> <P>What's the matter devs, you can't fix your own UI save code ? Either that, or you can't be bothered.</P>
I wonder how many people (Who are having problems) bought the add ons for the game,

Uhm... Probably because the casting bar thing is gameplay affecting, while the container saving (etc.) is merely a minor inconvenience? So I have to occasionally move my bags back to where they should be when I log on... so my chat keeps changing colors... big deal. Casting bar constantly disseapearing in combat? gameplay impact. People dieing from it.

"Alt" + "~" or something like that? When using the keyboard to cast spells I can see that this would be easy to hide the start button by making a simple typo.<BR>
